Two Types of Idiopathic Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism（IHH）

Two men with IHH showed different extent of hypogonadism. the testicular valumn was 10ml in case 1, and 2ml in case 2. the analysis of 12 hours of LH pulsatile secretion revealed that case 1 had LH pulses during the sleeping hours at night, which was similar to normal subiect. However, no pulses were found during the day hours; and case 2 had no pulse at all regardless of day or night. it was. conclud that the different size of testis in patients with IHH represented two types of IHH.
