The evaluation of tact curing of lumbar disc herniation

Objective: Evaluating the effect of tact in curing of lumbar disc herniation, extending the indication of non,surgery curing method, utmost reducing the operation rate. Methods: Nicely chose the right case, according the different segments lumbar disc herniation, and the different corporeity, to adopt the pulling and turning tact、pulling and pressing tact、or pushing and proping tact. Results: After 1-3 times curing, the symptom and appearance of the patients obviously being better, even more recovery 46 patients of 52 such cases recovered after our curing, 4 patients were obviously better, 2 patients were better than before, the rate of obvious effect is 96%. Conclusion: It is obvious curative effect、easy、safe that curing lumbar disc herniation with tact, and tact is the best method to cure the lumbar disc herniation.
