The clinical evaluation of combined tumor markers mensuration in serum

Objective:To investigate the positive rates in pathologically diagnosed malignant tumor.and their accessorial value of all tumour markers mensuration together.Methods:Electrochemiluminescence（ECL） technology and E170 automatic analyzer wereused in the experiment procedures.Results:The retrospective statistic data indicated: The positive rates increased in different tumor markers mensuration together.Two or four tests combination is good.Its positive rates was close to eight tests combination mensuration together.Conclusion:A certain value had been observed in different system malignant tumor markers which eight tumor markers mensurated together.They supplement each other.But the best and least tumor markers combination which aim at different tumour should be find in the same time.It may be more economic,and improved estimation rates evidently.
