Abstract
Objective To study the effect of transplantation of adenovirus recombinant hepatocyte growth factor(Ad-HGF) on transfection rate of mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) and their differentiation features after transfection in rabbits. Methods Harvested MSC were isolated,identified,sub-cultured,and modified when MOI=150.Transfection rate was detected with Ad-GFP and characteristics of osteoblasts and lipoblasts were observed 72h after transfection. Results The infection rate of Ad-HGF for MSC was 99.78%.Typical differentiation of osteoblasts and lipoblasts was observed after 14 days. Conclusion MSC can be effectively infected with Ad-HGF,which can thus be used as an effective therapy for ischemic osteonecrosis.
