Laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy used in the treatment of congenital septate cholecyst with gallstone

Objective: To investigate the possibility, operation procedures and the outcome of laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy（ LPC ） in the treatment of congenital septate cholecyst with gallstone. Methods: 7 patients diagnosed congenital septate cholecyst with gallstone were performed laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy. general anesthesia were used. The bottom of the bladders （far chamber ） were opened and the stones were gotten out. The wall of the chamber was dissected after the mucosa was destroyed and then the remained brim was closed. Results: The 7 patients recovered well and the gallstones were not reappeared within 1～5 years. Conclusion: It is reliable and with well outcome that the laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy can be used in the treatment of congenital septate cholecyst with gallstone.
