Analys is of proliferation of cyclic cells in haemopoietic tissue using flow cytometry

Analysis of the cell cycle was performed by flow cytometry on the perpheral blood, bone marrow mononuclcar cell from the healthy donors or the pationts with non-haemopoietic tumor, and the liver, spleen, bone marrow cell of the fetus aged 3 to 7months. We also compared and analyzed the proliferation of the cyclic cells of all these samples.
