Effect of stress occurred in training on immune and biochemical parameters of special soldiers

Objective To study the change in cell immune function and biochemical parameters of special soldiers before and after training. Methods T,B and NK cells as well as biochemical parameters of 52 special soldiers were detected with flow cytometer and biochemical analyzer. Results The number of CD3⁺ CD4⁺ and CD3^-CD19⁺ cells was significantly greater while the number of CD3^-CD56⁺ NK cells was significantly smaller after training than before training（P＜0.05）.The level of ApoA2 and HLD-C was significantly higher while the level of ApoC2,TG and ApoE was significantly lower after training than before training（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The cell immune function,myocardium enzyme level,and lipoprotein metabolism increased in special soldiers after training.
