Effect of anisodamin (654-2) on oleic acid-induced injury of cultured bovine endothelial cells

  • The effect of anisodamin (654-2) on oleic acid-induced injury of cultured bovine endothelial cells was studied to elucidate the mechanism of protective roles of anisodamin on acute lung injury. Our results show that instead of protective action, anisodamin has coordinative roles to oleic acid-induced injury of cutured endothelial cells. This suggests that the protection role to endothelial cells is not the key of the action anisodamin playing in acute lung injury.
