Abstract
Serum CK, CK-MB, GOT and Mb values were measured in 13 patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with complications such as heart failure, cardiogenic shock as well as severe ventricular arrhythmias (group Ⅰ), and in 12 cases without complications (group Ⅱ). It was found that the peak serum enzyme, except GOT, and myoglobin levels in group Ⅰ we-re much higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.01), especially during the period of 12—18 hours after the onset of infac. No significant differences in serum GOT levels were found between two groups (P>0.05).
