Observation in pain nursing of 167 wounded people in Wenchuan earthquake

Objective: To investigate the nursing supervision to lessen the pain of wounded people in earthquake;Methods: 167 wounded people in Wenchuan earthquake were randomly selected in the study.Pain experience was assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） for the assessment of pain.The information of pain was collected by clinic inquisition and questionnaire nursing supervision.CHISS package software was applied to compare the difference of pain experience before and after nursing supervision by T test.Results: The difference of pain experience before and after nursing supervision was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Pain nursing could relieve the pain of wounded people in earthquake effectively and accelerate the recovery of them.It also improves the quality of nursing.
