Alteration of cytokines and inflammatory mediators in the serum of acute pancreatifis patient

Objective: To study the relations between serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α and NO in patients with acute pancreatitis（AP）,and their clinical significance. Methods: Contained moderate acute pancreatitis（MAP）,severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） and contrast group.Specimens were examined the serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α. Results: （1）The serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α in AP group were more than that in contrast group（P＜0.01）,the serum levels of ON in AP group were less than that in contrast group（P＜0.01）.（2）The serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,in SAP group were more than that in MAP（（P＜0.01））.（3）The serum levels of IL-10,NO in MAP group were more than that in SAP（P＜0.01）. Conclusions: The results show that all those levels have directive dinical singnificances to judge serious degrees of AP.
