Abstract
Objective: To study the relations between serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α and NO in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP),and their clinical significance. Methods: Contained moderate acute pancreatitis(MAP),severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and contrast group.Specimens were examined the serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α. Results: (1)The serum levels of CRP,IL-10,TNF-α in AP group were more than that in contrast group(P<0.01),the serum levels of ON in AP group were less than that in contrast group(P<0.01).(2)The serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,in SAP group were more than that in MAP((P<0.01)).(3)The serum levels of IL-10,NO in MAP group were more than that in SAP(P<0.01). Conclusions: The results show that all those levels have directive dinical singnificances to judge serious degrees of AP.
