The morphological changes and release of contents of original pollen during digestion

Pollen has a high nutritive value for human being.But there isa big problem which if if pollen can be digested.Now,most of people have a great tendency of breaking the external uall of pollen.It must take a lot of money to do it.This paper shows that the internal wall of pollen can move away as whole from germ pore of pollen and had obvious morphological change in digestive juice.The measurements of contents releasing from pollen in digestive juice showed that there are no considerable differences between original and wall-broken pollens.We consider original pollen digestible and there is no need to break the wall of pollen before eating.This work provided a basis for the factory to select raw material.
