A new method for estimating toral CuZn-SOD——Chemiluminescent immunoassay

The human CuZn-SOD labelled with 6N-（4-aminobutyl）-N-ethyl-isoluminol （ABEl） has een used for estimating total CuZn-SOD, and then a new method of chemiluminescent immunoassay as established. Inter-assay coefficients of variation were 2.6—6.0% and 6.9—7.9% espectively. The recoveries of human CuZn-SOD added in sample were 97.7—106.1%. The assay as roved to be reliable, accurate and the limit of determination was 1—500 ng. The method has een successfully applied in the determination of total CuZn-SOD content in serum or xtracellular fluids.
