Effect of hematoporphyrin and photoradiation on microcirculation of auricle tumor in mice

  • Mice,auricles of which were implanted with S-180 tumor cells,were injected IP with 0.5mg of HPD and exposed to mercury lamp 6 and 24 hours and 2,5,7 days after injection respectively.The microcirculation of tumor in auricle was changed markedly.And the permeability of microvessels increased,the blood flow appeared slow and static.White tbormbus in vessels has been seen.One week after exposure the tumor tissues necrosis and dropping out have been found in auricle of mice.Similar microcirculatory changes were observed after injection HPD also in the normal mice.
