An analgesic effect of Kaflan on out-patient operations in gynecology department

Objective: To explore a safa，effective，non-addicitive，cheap and convenient analgesic for out-patient operations in gynecology department and family planning，so as to ease the patients，sufferin．Methods: As for the 600 out-patient operations our gynecology department，we choose the new generation non-steroid ant-i inflammatory analgesic Kaflan(diclofenac potassium) and compare the result between two contrast groups (Group 1: Kaflan dosage 25mg；Group 2: Kaflan dosage 50mg )．Results: Theanalgesic effect of group 2 is the best after having taken the drug for 30minutes and has no toxic and side effect．The dosage of Kaflan is obviously relevant to its analgsic effect(P＜0.001)．Conclusion: Kaflan is a safe and effective analgesic and can be used aspreoperative routine medication on out-pations of gynecology department．
