The experiment of the advancing chemosensitization by triiodothyronine and insulin

Objective: In this study，we investigated the effects of triiodothyronine (T3) and insulin on drug sensitivity of Vp-16 and DDP to PLA-801D in-vitro．Methods: MTT assay．Results: 1.T3 was found to enhance significantly the anticancer activities of Vp-16，but it could not sensitize PLA-801D to DDP；2.Insulin could markedly advance the sensitivity of Vp-16 and DDP to PLA-801D．Conclusion: T3 and insulin could advance chemosensitization to some extent．
