Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemopsiderosis:Report of 9 Cases

cases with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis concerned with the diagnosis andtreatment wre rported. Ptients wth this disease day have symptoms of haemoptysis andanemia ect, but making diagnosis it must have looking for macrophages containing hemusiderinin the sputum or pulmonary tissue.The rate of misdiagnosis in this group was 94 Percent,because it was difficult to differentiats from plumonary tuberculosis and Anemias.It was effectivewith prednisolone and small dose of ferrotherapy.The patients were dynamically observed for 5～12 years.Pulmonary bleeding and asphyxia were the main causes of death.
