Abstract
Objective: To study the changes and the data of lung functions in the health elder of differential age. Methods: The lung functions were follow up by the time after physical examination, chest x ray, electrocardiogram. Results: The forced expiratory volume in 1 second/Forceal vital capacity(FEV1%) of inital data compared with FEV1% of data after 10 years are no statistics satisfactory in the 60-64 age and 65-69 age. FEV1% of initial data compared with FEV1% of data after 10 years is P<0.05 in the over 70 age old.Peak expiratory flow(PEF)、total lung capacity (TLC) of initial data compared with PEF, TLC of data after 10 years are P<0.05, in the 60-64 age old;P<0.01in the 65-69 age old and over 70 age old. Vital capacity (VC), forced vital capacity (FVC), the forced expiratory volume in 1second(FEV1),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV), maximal mid-expiratory flow curue(MMEF),functional resideal capacity(FRC),residual volume(RV),RV/TLC of initial data companed with these of data after 10 years are P<0.01 in the differential age group VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、PEF、MVV、MMEF、FRC、TLC、RV、RV/TLC of every year change data are P>0.05 in the differential age Conclusions: The lung functions change with in crease of age; FEV1%,PEF,TLC is more distinctly; data of changes of every year is no statistics satisfactory in the differential age group
