The Hemodynamic Changes on Different Experimental Ocular Injuries in Rabbit

Abstract
Hemodynamic changes were observed in five types of ocular injuries in rabbit with rheoophthalmography and fluorescence fundus angiography. The amplitude of wave and blood flow exponent alter injuries were regarded as an index. The results showed that the degree of affection on ocular blood-retinal barrier and choroidalretinal barrier was depending on the type of injury. The disturbance of ocular circulation lasted longest and histopathological changes were most serious in contusion eyes in the five types of injury. The ciliary body perforation with bleeding mostly affected the recovery of rhoophthalmography among the three types of perforation injuries. It appears that the changes of IOP are related fo that of hemodynamics alter injury. Our experience is that fluororescence fundus angiography is not a good tochnigue to show the traumatic choroidopathy in detail.
