Application of thromboplastid suspension collected by machine in laparoscopic splenectomy of ITP patients

Objective: To study effects of thromboplastid suspension collected by machine on prevention and therapy for bleeding of ITP patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy. Methods: Clinical data of transfusion of thromboplastid suspension collected by machine from thirty-eight ITP patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy were retrospectively analyzed and summarized from 1999 to 2003.Results: Transfusion of thromboplastid suspension collected by machine could effectively prevent and therapy inter-operative bleeding of ITP patients during laparoscopic splenectomy, and total effective rate was up to 92.1%. （Conclusion: It） is an effective method that transfusion of thromboplastid suspension collected by machine could prevent and therapy inter-operative bleeding of ITP patients during laparoscopic splenectomy.
