Construction of a medical simulation training center for clinical skills: Practice and experience

Teaching of practical clinical medicine and training of clinical skills occupy a pivotal position in medical education.However,training of clinical skills for persons concerned is restricted due to a variety of factors.This article discusses the importance of establishing a medical simulation training center for clinical skills,and introduces how such a center was constructed and applied in Chinese PLA General Hospital,as well as the main training contents with the effects of medical simulation teaching evaluated.
