Treatment of anterior lingual glands cyst of 34 cases

Objective:To explore the anatomy of anterior lingual glands and select the best procedure for treatment on their cysts.Methods:34 cases of anterior lingual gland cyst were surgically removed,accompanied simultaneously by ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.The follow-up lasted 1 to 4 years.Results:All patients were healed timely and free of this disease up to the follow-up time.Conclusion:The best procedure for anterior lingual gland cyst was surgically resection with ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.
