Reflections on the construction and development of medico-technical departments in our hospitals

The construction and development of medico-technical departments have a direct influence on the overall level and technical progress of a hospital. Based on a primary analysis of the basic features and current situation of medico-technical departments in the author′s hospital as well as the difficulties they are faced with, the paper offers several reflections on the advancement of medico-technical departments, including department integration, personnel training, scientific innovation, minimally invasive therapy, eguipment renewal and service function.
