Abstract
Objective: To find out the distribution of α-actinin and vinculin in cryopreserved human skins and their relationship with cryoinjury. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining with antibodies of α-actinin and vinculin and histopathological observation were used in 5 groups of skins. Results: Comparing to the normal human skin, The histological structure and α-actinin、vinculin level of skins in stored at -196 ℃ in H anti-frozen liquid did not change significantly, while those in groups kept in 4 ℃、-20 ℃、-80 ℃ were destroyed. Conclusion: The skin cryoinjury is correlated with cell adhension molecules.
