Influencing factors for clopidogrel compliance in old patients after percutaneous coronary implantation

Objective To study the influencing factors for clopidogrel compliance in old patients after percutaneous coronary implantation（PCI）. Methods Influencing factors for clopidogrel compliance in 150 old patients after PCI were studied 3,6,9 and 12 months after administration of clopidogrel. Results The poorest clopidogrel compliance was observed 9-12 months after administration of clopidogrel.Amnesia,lack of knowledge,economic status and adverse drug reaction accounted for 53.13%,21.87%,15.63% and 9.37%,respectively,of all the influencing factors. Conclusion Health education should be strengthened in old patients 9-12 months after PCI in order to improve their clopidogrel compliance.
