A successfully treated patient with severe Goodpasture disease is reported.The patient had a serumcreatinine of 1291.6μmol/L and crescent formation in 91.7% glomeruli on renal biopsy.Intensive complextherapy including double plasma filtration was used in this patient.Although serum anti-GBM antibody wascleared and pulmonary bleeding was controlled,renal function and renal pathology didn’t show any improve-ment.
