Changes of platelet aggregation induced by 4 inducers under the influence of aspirin

We gave different doses of aspirin（ASA）to inhibit rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP, SJAMP,TAVM and AA.The results showed that the capacity of platelet aggregation induced by AA,ADP,SJAMP,TMVA in vivo was inconsistent and didn’t completely depend upon AA met abolic route.The inhibiting effect of low dosage of ASA on platelet aggregation was greater than that of high one.The dosage of ASA had a positively related to the strength of platelet aggregation inhibition in vitro except for that induced by SJAMP.
