Nursing the patients with critical crush syndrome complicating multiple organ failure syndrome after earthquake

Objective: To approach the nursing measures for the patients with critical crush syndrome complicating multiple organ failure syndrome after earthquake.Methods: 7 patients with critical crush syndrome after WenChuan earthquake were treated by the modified nursing measures,in order to estimate the effusion quantity of decompression wounds in CBP,and enhance the nursing and observation of multiple organ functions to improve the prognosis.Results: 2 cases were curing,4 cases were taking a turn for the better,1 case died.Conclusion: CBP as soon as possible and intensive care could improve survival rate for patients with critical crush syndrome.
