Clinical Studies of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in 41 Patients with Leukemia and Other Malignant Diseases

41 patients （35 leukemias, 4 lymphomas, 1 myeloma and 1 neuroblastoma）were treated by ABMT without purgint, 15 patients treated by PABMT with purging and 18 patients treated by ABHSCT. The results indicated that the ABHSCT had a earlier hematopoietic reconstitution, lesser complications and a lower relapse rate. Comparing with the conventional chemotherapy, all three transplant groups had an obviously longer disease-free survival time and a better curative effect.
