Microsurgical Resection of Deep-seated Arteriovenous Malformationsof the Cerebral Hemisphere

The deep-seated arteriovenous malformation of the cerebral hemisphere were resected in 10 cases by microsugical technique and total removal was confirmed by angiography in 8 cases.The surgical result was as followes:7 cases were excellent and 3 cases fine,and no deaths inthe series.We show the indication,approach and skill of operation in discussion.
