Novelty evaluation of scientific research projects in clinical medicine: Characteristics and case analysis

The characteristics of novelty evaluation of scientific research projects in clinical medicine of our hospital in 2005-2009 and our experience with it were summarized. Its significance, coverage scope, features, key techniques and related problems were analyzed by evaluating or appraising cases in an attempt to provide reference for the scientists to write their mandates for application of scientific projects or achievements and for our colleagues engaged in novelty evaluation of scientific research projects to have academic and professional exchange.
