Experience in and reflection on anti-SARS Training

Under the instruction of leading group of preventing and curing SARS of our hospital，the campaign of the training courses on preventing and curing SARS are immediately launched in the whole hospital.The emphatic and key points are focused on in the training with various training forms and rich contents.Positive effectiveness has been achieved and valuable experience has been accumulated as well for the future training course.Besides，it is indispensable to reinforce the cooperation among departments，to attach importance to the study of related policy and regulations，to enhance the instruction on multi-discipline training after graduation，to add the content on hospital disaster medical follow-up instruction and to strengthen the psychological instruction to the staffs.
