The Transnasal Transsphenoidal Resection of Pituitary Adenoma WithUnilateral Lncision Of Nasal Antrum

The transnasal transsphenoial surgery with unilateral incision of nasal antrum wasperformed to resect pituitary adenoma in 16 patients with good results.It shows that this approachcan reduce operative damage,shorten operative distance,and avoid face scar or nasal distortion.It is one of simple and useful operations especially suitable for growth hormone-secreting adenomas.
