Abstract
Objective:To study the change of coagulation and fibernolytic molecular markers in the patients who suffered from ovarian tumor. Methods:One hundred and twenty two patients with ovarian tumor were studied, who were treated in the gynecology of our hospital during January 2004 to January 2006,compared with 30 volunteers as healthy subjects. The concentration of u-PA、 u-PAR、 PAP、 TF、 TFPI、 TAT in blood were tested. Those parameters of the patients were tested before treatment and after treatment respectively.Results:(1) There was no statistical differences of every parameter between normal control group and group of benign tumor;the concentrations of u-PA、 u-PAR、 PAP、 TF、 TAT of every malignant tumor group were higher than those of normal control group and group of benign tumor(P<0.05).(2)In every malignant tumor group, the more rudimentary of the tumor cell, the higher of the concentration of u-PA、 u-PAR.(3)After treatment, the concentration of u-PA、 u-PAR、 PAP、 TF、 TAT of every malignant tumor group decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is dysfunction of coagulation and fibernolysis in the patients who suffered from ovarian tumor.
