Ocular symptoms of Marfan syndrome patients and their treatment:A report of three cases

Objective To study the characteristics of oclular symptoms of Marfan syndrome patients and their surgical methods. Methods Clinical data about 3 patients with Marfan syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed. Results Islocation of lens, secondary glaucoma, and retinal detachment were found to be the most common manifestations of eye in Marfan syndrome patients.Rather good surgical results were achieved in these patients. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ocular manifestations of Marfan syndrome patients, and surgery should be considered for them as early as possible.
