Preparation and clinical observation of compound morrhuate nasal drops

Objective:To prepare compound morrhuate nasaldrops and to obverse their clinical therapeutic effects.Methods: The formulation,preparation technology,quality control,stability,excitant were assayed and analyzed.And compare the clinical trial with compound menthol nasal-drops.Results: The quality of compound morrhuate nasal-drops could be controlled,There was no red and swollen,congest on rhinal mucous membrane.The total utility rates（100% and 95.8%） on siccate rhinitis and atrophic rhinitis were significantly higher than that of control groups（88.9% and 85.4%）.Conclusion: The formula of compound morrhuate nasal-drops is well acceptable with no adverse effects.
