Endosteal pigmented villonodular synovitis in hip joint

Objective:To report a case received and trealed this year in our department, which was diagnosed as endosteal PVS in hip joint according to the pathology after operation.Methods:We discussed something about the diagnosis, different diagnosis and therapy on this article combining with the literature review. Results:Our own idias about the diagnosis, different diagnosis and therapy of this disease are displayed, and the specific diagnostic value of MRI is particularly emphasised.
