From March,1981 to July,1983,15 cases of aplastic anemia were treated with intravenous injection of fetal liver cell suspensions for 63 times.Effect of the therapy could be assessed in 13 cases,among which cure was obtained in 1 case,followed for 17 months,sustained remission for 3—7 months in 6 cases,temporary remission in 5 and no response in 1.Karyotype was examined in 14 cases and no chimera was found. The result suggests that this therapy has the merits of rapid response and absence of side reactions.The related problems have been discussed.
