Abstract
Objective: to investigate the molecular mechanism of the repetitive acceleration exposure on the vestibulum function. Methods: After repetitive exposed to 2G using field analog device,The vestibulum function of the guinea pigs was determined by +10Gy, the cerebellum and brainstem mRNA of the guinea pigs whose vestibulum function were normal was selected suppression subtracted with the control, and the differential expressed genes were analyzed. Results: 19 ESTs(expressed sequence tag)were obtained,6 of them were sequenced and analyzed using Gene bank database 1 EST was high homologous with human prefoldin1 mRNA, 5 ESTs were new. Conclusion: repetitive acceleration exposure had effect on the cerebellum and brainstem gene expression of guinea pigs; the differential expressed genes were related to the adaptability of the vestibulum function to the repetitive exposure and the defence ability of body on the kinetia
