Bioluminescence assay of creatine kinase in serum and It’s Clinical initial application

This paper presented an assay method for creatine kinase in serum with bioluminenscence and It’s clinical application. This assay method requied a least amount of reagents and sample size, was easy to perform, and also specific and reproducible. The coefficient of variation within assay is 3.8% and 8.7% between assay rate of recovery, 98.6%. The activities determined were 144.22±52.40, in healthy individual, 1018.39±550.29 in cardiac infarction, and 1661.98±689.27 in myopathy μ mol/L/min. This new method may be of value in the clinicap diagnosis and monitoring of certatn diseases.
