Construction of scientific research platform in academic hospitals

Development of modern academic hospitals needs the support of a good scientific research platform.However,the key point is to make a scientific management plan of it.The ideas and methods for the solution of problems and difficulties concerning it are discussed in this paper in an attempt to provide certain useful references for the management of such a platform in academic hospitals.
