First-Pass radionuclide cardioangiography in diagnosis of acquired heart diseases

62 cases of acquired heart diseases and 8 normal subjects underwent first-pass radionuclidecardioangiography （FPRC） to investigate the status of ventricular ejection fraction,wall motion abn-ormality and morphological change The True-Positive Rate of the study is 80% and True-Negative85.1%.It is thus proven that FPRC using ordinary single-crystal Gamma camera and general-purpose computer is a simple,non-invasive and effective way to diagnose various heart diseases.
