Study on reducing toxicity and enhancing effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang on mice with transplantable mammary cancer after chemiotherapy

Objective:To study the reducing toxicity and enhancing effects of shiquan Dabu Tang on mice with transplantable mammary cancer.Methods: TA2 mice were randomly divided into four groups after vaccination of MA737 tumor tissue（named control,50%SDT,CMF,CMF+50%SDT）.The weight,tumor weight,number of WBC,Hb,spleen index and spleen cell proliferation were measured.Results: The results showed that 50%SDT inhibited the growth of the tumor.50%SDT could increase the number of WBC and Hb,repair the damage of spleen induced by chemotherapy medicine,enhance the level of T lymphocyte proliferation and regulate the level of B lymphocyte proliferation.Conclusion: SDT has the effects of efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing induced by chemotherapy in mice.
