Techniques for observation of cochlear microcirculation in living guines pigs

This paper reports the techniques for the observation oi cochlear microcirculation in living guinea pigs. The influences of opening the cochlea on hearing threshold and cochlear microcriculation were observed. The velocities and diameters of the ligament capillaries and strial capillaries were measured. It is suggested that this method. may be used widely because it is reliable.
