Pathological analysis of coronary narrowing in 145 cases

145 specimens of heart with coronary narrowing were studied. The result shows that coronary narrowing is closely related to the age of patients and has a definite cause and effect correlation with occurence of myocardial infarct. It is suggested that prevention of coronary heart disease should be started since younger or age. Old patients with coronary heart disease should be intimately supervised. The risk factors, death causes of coronary narrowing and measures for reducing mortality of patients with CHD were discussed in the paper.
