Abstract
An analysis of cerebral resuscitation on 70 cases, 131 times of cardiac arrest wasmade . Spontaneous circulation reestablished≤5min, the cerebral resuscitation rate was 84.4%;spontaneous respiration recovered≤5min. the cerebral resuscitation rate was 95.5%. Circulationor respiration reestablished beyond 5 min, cerebral resuscitation rates all decreased, P<0.05 0.0.The lst time of cardiac arrest happened in the scene (including emergency room) the cer-ebral resuscitation rate was 34.9%, in-hospital it was 8l.5%; the discharge rates were 32.6%&63.0%respectively (P<0.05 0.01). The internal environmental faoctors related closely tocerebral resuscitation rates before & after cardiac arrest were analysed and the measurements toimprove the the- rapeutic effects were suggested.
