Role of American G5 chatter expectoration machine in nursing for lung of patients after total coronary bypass with robots

Objective To analyze the role of American G5 chatter expectoration machine in nursing for lung of old male patients after total coronary bypass with robots. Methods Clinical data about the patients at the age of over 50 years who underwent total coronary bypass in our hospital from July 2007 to July 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 70 patients at a mean age of 58.7 years were randomly divided into manual percussion expectoration group and chatter expectoration group.The expectoration volume,blood gas and hospital stay time were significantly different between the two groups（P＜0.05）. Conclusion G5 chatter expectoration machine can promote the recovery of patients after total coronary bypass with robots by improving their expectoration.
