  • This paper presents 22 cases of postoperative salivary fistula among 218 cases of patients with total or subtotal laryngectomy for carcinoma of larynx or popharynx. The incidence, etiology, clinical manifestation, treatment are discussed. Preoperative radiation is the most common cause of fistula.
