Measurement of common carotid artery flow parameters in normal subjects by pulsed Doppler spectral analysis

The common carotid artery flow parameters in 50 normal subjects were studied,using pulsed Doppler spectral analysis.The authors concluded that the pulsed Doppler technique is a reliable method in measurement of arterial flow volume.The normal flow parameters included in this article appear to be helpful to the study on carotid artery diseases.
