The concentrations bf serum VitE, were investigated in 62 cases of progressive muscular dystrophy. The average value of VitE was shown to be 8.68μg/ml, being lower than that in normal children (P<0.05). By received them for 3—6 month, it was found that the serum concentrations of VitE Were elevated and CPK, LDH reduced, and symptoms were somewhat improvied. The lasting effect of treatment will be studied futher.
